How do I sign up?

How do I use Shipster?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping cart and check out as normal. At checkout, we will verify your membership by the email address you use. Make sure you have used the same address for both Shipster and Roxy; free delivery will be automatically applied to an eligible order.

What is an eligible Shipster order?

For free Standard Delivery, order requirements are: the order total is $25 or over (excluding delivery costs), and delivery is within Australia.

Is Shipster available on express shipping?

Free shipping is available for standard shipping only. However if you require express, this option is still available on checkout.

Is there a limit to how many times I can use Shipster for free delivery on eligible orders?

What should I do if Shipster wasn’t applied at checkout?

Please check the following:

The email address you’ve entered at the online checkout is the same one entered when signing up for Shipster
Your order total is at least $25 (excluding the delivery cost)

I have been charged $1, in addition to my initial payment for joining Shipster. Why is this?

For security reasons, Shipster conducts a pre-authorisation transaction when you join. This $1 charge is then voided or reversed within 5 business days.

The pre-authorisation process is a typical industry practice. As part of Shipster’s standard checks, they conduct the pre-authorisation on your specified card or payment method.
