What is the Boardriders Club?

The Boardriders Club is our loyalty program and our way of rewarding our awesome customers. It's free to join and members can earn points and rewards, plus enjoy birthday & anniversary offers, early access to sales, VIP promotions, and lots more exclusive member benefits!

How does it work?

Basically, you earn points and other perks for spending with our Quiksilver, ROXY, or DC Shoes brands. Points accumulate towards rewards and status upgrades, and you receive other offers for your birthday, anniversary, and reaching a new status..

Is it free to join the Boardriders Club loyalty program?

Yes! Joining the Boardriders Club is completely free and no purchase is required.

What are the benefits of being a member of the Boardriders Club loyalty program?

How do I earn points?

Simply shop in store or online with our Quiksilver, ROXY, or DC Shoes brands and make sure your purchase is linked to your Boardriders Club account! You will earn 1 point for every eligible $1 spent at participating full price stores and online, and 0.5 points per eligible $1 spent at participating outlet stores. Points may take up to 48 hours to show in your account.

No points will be earned on gift cards, other brands, or purchases from third-party stores.


How do I use a Reward?

ONLINE: Copy & paste your unique reward number into the promo code box on the cart page and click ‘apply.’ Your discount will be reflected in the order total.

IN STORE: Bring your reward email into a participating store and show the store associate at checkout. You may print the email and bring it with you or simply show the store associate the email on your mobile device.

How Do I Earn Rewards?

As soon as your loyalty account holds 300 points, a reward will be created. You will receive an email advising you that a reward is available in your account. Alternatively, you can log into your account at, or and your available reward(s) will be listed under My Loyalty Rewards within the Boardriders Club section.

Can I use my Reward on, and

Yes! You can use your rewards online. You simply need to copy and paste your unique reward number into the promo code box on the cart page and click ‘apply.’ Your discount will be reflected in the order total.

Please note: Third party products and gift card purchases will be excluded from all reward discounts.

Do Rewards Expire?

A reward is valid for 60 days from the date they are issued. The exceptions are birthday rewards which are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.

What happens if I return an item?

If you received points when you purchased the item, then those points will be removed from your account when the return is processed. If no points were earned on the purchase of the item, then no points will be removed.

What happens if I return items from an order where I used a reward?

Unfortunately we're unable to reinstate rewards one they've been used, so any points earned on the item will be removed from your account, but the reward won't be added back.

How do I reach the next level of the Boardriders Club program?

Member status is awarded based on point accumulation over a rolling 12 month period:

• Bronze Members: accumulate 0 - 499 loyalty points within a rolling 12 month period.
• Silver Members: accumulate 500 - 999 loyalty points within a rolling 12 month period.
• Gold Members: accumulate 1,000 or more loyalty points within a rolling 12 month period.

How do I view my points?

You can view your points total any time by logging in to your account at, or Your points total will also be included in Boardriders Club communications.

Do all my purchases count towards points?

Your purchases at any one of our websites (, and will accumulate points.

Please note: Gift card purchases will not be eligible for point accumulation.

I haven't received my 300 welcome points yet?

Points can take up to 48 hours to show in your account. Make sure to login to the same account you used to join the Boardriders Club and check that you're definitely a member by going to your My Points & Rewards dashboard and checking you can see your Boardriders Club status and points. If you can only see a Join button, then that account is not yet linked to the Boardriders Club.

If you can see your Boardriders Club points and status balances and you still haven't received your points after 48 hours, get in touch wth our customer service team and we'll look into it for you!

My purchase doesn’t appear in my points balance, what should I do?

Points awarded for your purchases will appear in your account within 48 hours, as long as you used your loyalty account number when making payment online.

If your purchase was made more than 48 hours ago and your account has still not been credited, please contact the Boardriders Club customer service team via the Contact page.

Can points be applied if I made a purchase that wasn't linked to a Boardriders Club membership?

If you forgot to login or identify yourself as a club member when you made a purchase and the transaction isn't linked to your account, then please get in touch with a photo of your receipt and we'll see what we can do. We may be able to manually add the points if we have enough information, however we're unable to link the actual purchase details to your account.

Where can I find my loyalty account number?

Your loyalty account number is displayed at the top of all loyalty club emails we send you. You can also view it on your account profile page when you log into your account. Your loyalty account number can also be provided by visiting any of our Boardriders and Quiksilver retail store locations. See the store locator link here.
